Why Give?

The Meaning of True North

If you walk North holding a compass in your hand

and follow its direction, you will end up lost!

Why??

Because what your compass tells you is North...is not really North!

There is what is known within the

scientific community as "True North."

"True North" is actually 15-20 degrees West of magnetic North

from where we are located.

Proverbs 14:12 "There is a way that seems right

to a man, but in the end it leads to death."

(Magnetic North)

John 14:16   Jesus said,

"I am the Way the Truth and the Life.

No one comes to the Father except through me."

Jesus, figuratively, is our "True North."

True North...so you always know where you are, and where Home is                                                                                                                                                                                 True North...where the journey is the destination
